Community pools (one regular size, one kid pool) are 75 feet from the back of the condo. There will be a wagon, beach toys, beach towels, etc. for you to use.

Pets are allowed, but need pre-approval and they are NOT allowed in area behind the condo, which is near the pool area.

Making renovations (Fresh paint, vinyl floors, kitchen and furniture) before renting in July 2026. Current photos do not reflect this, but once completed, I will post new photos. It will be modern and bright.
