The space
Our guest quarters is completely separate but attached to the main house with private entry and parking area. The space can most comfortably accommodate 2 people with a queen-sized bed fitted with a 4 inch memory foam mattress, pillow top pad, and hotel linens. The kitchenette is sufficiently equipped to meet your needs; coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and electric kettle. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and half & half. The bathroom has plenty of soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, along with the full use of your own washer and dryer. High speed wifi and large, flat screen TV are also provided so you can sign in to your favorite apps. A picnic basket, blanket, and 2 large beach towels are also included. Small, private patio space with bistro set. No smoking allowed inside or outside, please.

Our family lives on the 2 levels above and you may hear us from time to time. We try to be very quiet before 9am and after 9pm. We also have 2 very friendly dogs that live on the property but you probably won't see them as they stay in our fenced in backyard upstairs from the guest unit.
