Super easy to check in, and check out could not be easier…. Just pack your stuff and go! No clean up required…. But I did the basics anyway…. Trash, dishes, etc…. Great location …. Except the mega mansion being built directly in front of it…. And now there is literally no ocean view. Disappointing, but a walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes from the doorway, so I won’t complain too much about that. My only suggestion for improvement would be for screens to be placed in all windows and French doors, so the ocean breeze can get in… and NOT all the flies!! I hate flies!

Thank you for your comments, Senja. We're glad you found check-in and check-out easy and enjoyed the home's great location and short walk to the beach. While the home is not advertised as having an ocean view, we understand the construction directly in front of the property was disappointing. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding window and door screens and will share your feedback with our operations team. We hope to see you again on a future visit to Newport Beach. Kind regards, BVR
