* Florida is in a bad drought right now, so the lake is getting a little low*. Take a step back into old Florida with our cozy 50’s era cottage 2 bedroom cottage .Centrally located in between I 275 that leads to our state’s theme parks like Busch Gardens & Adventure Island 25 min. away. Disneyworld, Seaworld & Universal Studios that are about 2 hours away. Our beautiful downtown that has an amazing river walk, or trolley to the famous Ybor city and Channelside where you can catch a Tampa Bay Lightning game or Florida Aquarium all about 30 minutes away. Our beautiful beaches lead from the Suncoast Hwy.about an hour or so away, along with Tampa Bay Rays stadium in downtown St.Pete Tropicana Field is approximately 45 min.away. Tampa’s food scene is in newly developed Midtown and Hyde Park just south of us. We have a firepit for those colder nights and for the more adventurous ones kayaks and paddle boats. Dusk or dawn, our dock is the perfect place to soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy a cold beverage watching the sunset. This property is located on an acre and half nestled away from the hustle & bustle of the city life but just a short distance to everything you may need. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants and drive thrus are along the main hub that runs north and south on Dale Mabry a few minutes away, all while feeling far far away. We have it all waiting right here for you. Don’t let you or your family stay in a hotel when you can have your own homey space next to a lake to rest at. Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and a huge screened in front porch to relax in. The owners live on premise along with another cottage. We have 7 years of experience hosting and with a combined 50 years in restaurant and bar business, we know all about hospitality.
