Villa Astra is a villa located at the foot of the village of Casale Marittimo, near the centre of Cecina. Nestled among olive trees, it features a separate entrance with an automatic gate and a pedestrian entrance, 3 large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and bidet; a living room with a sofa and table; and a large cypress-wood kitchen equipped with a 6-burner stove. The house is rated Energy Class A, equipped with mosquito nets, and heated in the winter by underfloor heating and a pellet fireplace. The shutters are made of reinforced iron, and the home features key elements such as iron, wood, and concrete. Plastic has been avoided as much as possible. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans. The house is newly built (2019). The total area, including the veranda—which features a large Corten steel table seating 12 people—is 140 square metres. Covered parking, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, grill, video intercom, and a relaxation area in the garden. The property is completely fenced in (adjacent to the villa is a twin villa where the owners live and are available to assist with any needs). Check-out dates in the off-season and shoulder season are flexible; minimum stay is 5 days.

Wir haben 14 wunderbare Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, was für uns perfekt war – ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand in nur 5–15 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.Die Ausstattung ist gut jedoch hätte es hier noch etwas Potential (für uns fehlten teilweise Ablagen und Duschstangen in den Bädern sowie Tablare in den Küchenschränken). Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung sind in einem sehr gepflegten und äußerst sauberen Zustand – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird.Ein besonderes Highlight war die herzliche Art des Vermieters Andrea, der direkt im Nachbarhaus wohnt. Er war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen für Fragen – gleichzeitig aber angenehm zurückhaltend.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Kommunikation mit Agentur problemlos, angenehmer Empfang, sehr netter, immer zu erreichender Vermieter, (der nebenan wohnt), danke, Andrea! Schöner Blick vom Pool bis zum Meer, sehr sauberes Haus. In 20 Minuten erreicht man einen schönen Naturstrand mit tollem Sonnenuntergang.

Wir haben dir Ruhe sehr genossen. Wenn wir Lust aufs Meer hatten waren wir in 10 min mit dem Auto dort. Perfekt für uns. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Das Haus und das großzügige Grundstück sind wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der für alle Belange zur Verfügung steht. Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Absoluter Tipp für Familien mit Kindern, die einem entspannten Urlaub verbringen wollen.
