One off-street parking spot is provided. You will love this location close to the water and the bridge to South Portland; you can walk to all the great things that Portland has to offer, including Old Port and the Western Promenade.

– The beautiful coastal bedroom is complete with a comfy queen-sized bed with a new thick memory foam mattress.

– You will love the living room with a comfortable leather loveseat and a large TV with several streaming services available to enjoy your downtime.

– Enjoy a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances (except for the dishwasher) and basic supplies for cooking.


We offer an easy self-check-in with smart keypad locks to both the apartment door and the main building entrance. We will email you the key passcodes to both digital locks before the check-in date. Both doors will automatically lock behind you in 30 seconds as long as you close them fully.

Please be advised that there is no access to a washer/dryer.



– Stairs:
This apartment is located on the top third floor, so you would have to climb some steep stairs.

– The lights in the kitchen and the bedroom are dimmable. The living room light is adjustable with the remote control.

– We have some streaming services available for you to use (sorry, no cable television).
