Beautiful property with a 3 minute walk to the beach, Great location, the property is impeccably maintained and our condo was perfect for our stay. Adrienne was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to coming back here. We love the area and can't wait to return!

Excellent location for a family beach vacation, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we had to bring was our food and drinks, everything else was provided. I would highly recommend it, 10 out of 10

The host was very helpful in everything this was my first time renting a condo so everything i ask her was help ful we had trouble with the garage door and she was there to see what was wrong right away it just needed battery changed but she had it fix right away I give this host a 10 out of 10 will rent with her again

Hosts were excellent to work with! Responded quickly and confirmed that we got in ok. Excellent walking location to beach - did not have to go off property onto a street to get to beach. Nice perk to have the two pools available as well as being so centrally located to everything in St Augustine (not that we left the beach much....LOL). Condo was extremely soundproof and did not hear any noises from other condos in area or people even in the pool when the doors were shut. Highly recommend and will be keeping this property on our short list of favorite places to stay for next time!

Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed for a long weekend and honestly we were only there to sleep the rest of the time we were with family. But if you need a place to stay this is it!
