Motor access to the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "stresa" 4 km, railway station "Stresa" 4 km, ferry "stresa" 5 km, pebble beach 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Baveno 5 km, Orta San Giulio 20 km. Hiking paths: Mottarone 12 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 17 km.
4-room house 150 m2 on 3 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms. 2 showers/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (140 cm). Exit to the balcony. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Small balcony, patio. Partial view of the lake. Ruime woning

Miste een heerlijke zetel voor ‘s avonds. WiFi is tegenwoordig toch een must volgens onze kinderen. Alleen de wc bleef doorlopen. Jammer dat dit pas gemaakt werd op dag van vertrek.

Mooie lokatie, wel oudbollig en beperkt ingericht

Wij hebben hier 3 mooie weken gehad, mooie slaapkamers en tuin, keuken en woonkamer zijn minder geschikt. Wij hadden 2 maal stroomuitval. Wij kregen borg niet terug omdat een deurknop was afgebroken en er een loodgieter moest komen voor toiletprobleem waar wij niets aan konden doen. Dus als er wat kapot gaat in dit slecht onderhouden huis dan zijn de kosten voor de huurder. Dat heeft onze beoordeling sterk beinvloed

Schönes Haus und Anwesen mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus liegt toll auf dem Berg über Stresa, mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Positiv - Auto kann sicher abgestellt werden - Schlüsselübergabe und Empfang - genug Platz für 6 Personen - Sauberkeit - toller Garten und Terrasse - Ausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung - Hund erlaubt und sogar Hundegeschirr vorhanden Negativ - Garten besser einzäunen, wegen dem Hund - es gibt kein Sofa im Wohnraum und Küche sollte erneuert werden - dass man manches nicht benutzen darf

Haus ohne Willkommenskultur

Zwei Wochen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus waren für uns eine Zumutung. Alle Schränke im Haus sind gefüllt mit persönlichen Gegenständen des Eigentümers. Bei 150qm Wohnfläche konnten wir unsere persönlichen Gegenstände nur in einem Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer unterbringen. Im Wohnbereich sind Verbotsschilder aufgestellt. TV nur italienisch, obwohl SAT-Antenne vorhanden. Gartenmöbel bestehend aus 2 rostigen Metallbänken und Tischen ohne Auflagen. Hier fühlte man sich nicht willkommen.

Na ja

Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Stresa , könnte ganz gut sein , wenn einige Dinge behoben werden . 1. sollte der Vermieter seine persönlichen Sachen , die überall in den Schränken lauern , entfernen . Die Krönung waren getragene Schuhe im Nachtschrank . Dann ist die Küche mehr als abgewohnt . Das gesamte Haus braucht dringend einen Maler !!! Der Kamin , der mit in der Beschreibung steht , durfte nicht benutzt werden . Kein Seeblick aus dem großen Panoramafenster im Wohnraum . Kein WLAN , TV nur IT
