It was way more house than we needed. It would be great for a bigger family or group of friends. Nice spaces to congregate and also pleasant areas to break away quiet time. Best part is the location, your right across the street from Seneca Rocks Climbing Guides, next to 2 wonderful restaurants and a general store. Seneca Rocks visitor center and hiking trails are so close. Also horseback riding just right down the road. It is just so quiet and lovely here. The locals are so kind. One of my favorite places I have ever visited.

Nice, clean home with ample space, Located right beside 2 restaurants. Very convenient, would highly recommend. Also has a great view of Seneca Rocks.
