This condo is beautiful and exactly as described. It’s in a clean and quiet community. It’s close to the beach, the boardwalk, outlet shopping, and many restaurants. Very well stocked and comfortable. Perfect size for a family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book it again!

This unit is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood near the beaches. Perfect for families and groups. Nice walking trail right behind unit. We liked the outdoor deck with a nice view of the lake. There are several negatives that made the unit less functional for us. There is no indoor dining table and chairs. There is space for one. If you look closely at the listing photos you’ll see it’s not there. We were there a week and this made dining indoors difficult. Also there are no blinds on the sliders although the listing shows blinds. You have no privacy in that family room at any time of the day. This property transitioned from Vacasa to VueStay management. This is where things went bad. VaCasa did not respond to our request for a service call for two days. VueStay did not answer texts or emails in a timely fashion. We never received checkout instructions. We asked for late checkout but they never replied with a definite yes or no. The unit does not have any basic essentials such as salt/pepper, spices, sugar, extra trash bags. You will need to bring your own.

Nice location, there is a nice hike to a look out across from the condo. Walking distance to silver lake. Short drive to the boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach. Taco Reho was super! And that is on the coastal highway also very close. Comfortable condo that I would recommend and/or go back to.
