Overall the house was great- clean, spacious, well equipped. The challenge we faced was the lake was so low the dock was in the mud. Based on the weeds we saw, the lake level seems to have been low for quite some time and was definitely not grass to dock access. Not knowing this prior to arrival cost us on the boat and jet ski rentals I had to cancel last minute. We were still able to enjoy the water but we had to drive about 5 minutes away and pay over $80 in parking fees between all guests over two days. I recommend checking with the Army Corps of Engineers before renting this house if you plan to use the dock. They can tell you if water levels are high enough to enjoy the grass to dock access. Otherwise, great house.

The house was wonderful. The team worked with me on early check-in and was responsive to an inquiry I reached out about. The house was very accommodating for children, which was great for us.
