Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, was wir allerdings bemängeln ist die Lautstärke von der Umgebung. Es war unmöglich ruhig auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, da die Geräuschkulisse extrem hoch war. Das größte Problem waren aber die Wachhunde rechts und links in den benachbarten Häusern. Sobald man nach draußen gehen wollte schlugen diese an. Das ist natürlich schwierig, wenn man mit einem eigenen Hund anreist. Der Garten und die Hecke können besser gepflegt werden. Daher gesamt nur 2 Punkte.

Sauberkeit Wohnung

Auflieger waren schmuddelig und die Balkons hatten viele Ecken und Kanten wo der Schmutz schon lange Zeit ignoriert wurde. Die Reinigungskosten sind nicht angemessen. Ansonsten war der Bauhof täglich inkl. Wochenende pünktlich ab 07:00 Uhr mit Recycling beschäftigt.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit Innenakzenten welche im ersten Moment mutig aber sehr sehr schön sind. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt E ein Fußmarsch von ca 20 minutenführt bis in das Zentrum hinunter. Zurück halt Bergauf :-)

Lage und Sauberkeit mittelmäßig

Es roch sehr nach "nasser Hund", vor allem die Couchgarnitur. Das Bad war verschmiert. Leider konnten wir den Sauberkeitsmangel im Wohnbereich nicht beheben, weil Wischer und Staubsauger verdreckt und defekt waren.
