Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living spaces
Two separate living areas give a group of ten room to breathe without anyone feeling on top of each other. The main family room centers on a fireplace and a large Smart TV, with a pull-out sofa bed providing extra sleeping flexibility when the group needs it. The second living room is anchored by a 65" Smart TV - wide enough for everyone to pile in after a full day at the parks. Laminate flooring runs throughout, practical and easy to maintain no matter what the day brings in.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The master suite offers a proper retreat - a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, and a 57" Smart TV for winding down on your own schedule. Bedroom 2 is fully committed to Toy Story, complete with a themed bunk bed that younger guests tend to claim the moment they walk through the door. Bedroom 3 carries a Mickey Mouse theme with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 4 keeps it easy with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 57" Smart TV - a comfortable, quiet option after a long day out.
 
Kitchen & dining
Feeding a full group here doesn't require a reservation. The kitchen comes stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. Barbecue utensils are ready for anyone taking dinner outside, and the dining table brings everyone together when it counts.
 
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the private ensuite off the master bedroom. Both are stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A bidet adds a layer of comfort, and cleaning products are on hand throughout.
 
Game room
When the parks can wait, the dedicated game room picks up the slack. A pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games keep the competitive streak going across every age group. A 57" Smart TV and ceiling fan make it just as easy to settle in here as anywhere else in the home.
 
Outdoor space
The private pool and hot tub sit at the heart of the outdoor area - pool heating is available for a fee, so a morning swim is on the table any time of year. A BBQ grill and patio with outdoor furniture complete the setup, giving everyone a relaxed spot to grill and eat without going anywhere.
 
Families & little ones
Younger guests are well looked after here. A pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and babysitter recommendations are all in place - so traveling with little ones stays manageable rather than stressful.
 
Additional comforts
A washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, room-darkening shades, iron, clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and free parking on premises are all included. Safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are in place throughout. Exterior security cameras are positioned around the property for added peace of mind, with none facing the interior. A game console, exercise equipment, and breakfast are also provided.
