Quietly located holiday home, at walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. Park Bohemien Resort in Sint Maartenszee is a beautiful holiday park, located behind the row of dunes in Sint Maartenszee. The bungalow is well-maintained and comfortably furnished. The garden-oriented living room with conservatory has a sunny interior. Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the spacious garden with terrace.

The cosy seating area has enough room for 6 people. The flat-screen TV and HIFI installation/radio can be found on the sideboard. The living room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs. The ground floor is comfortably heated by underfloor heating. The floor is tiled. The conservatory is a great place to enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

The well-equipped kitchen has sufficient kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, induction hob, plenty of cutlery and a variety of dishes.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with two single beds in each room.

The spacious bathroom is on the ground floor and has a washbasin, toilet and shower.

A car can be parked at the accommodation or in the spacious car park in front of the park. A simple cart is available.

Der Häusertyp in der Siedlung mit großen hellen Fenstern, Wintergarten und Fußbodemheizung gefällt uns sehr gut. Die Einrichtung im BOH 47 hat alles was man braucht. Und insgesamt ist die Siedlung angenehm ruhig um diese Zeit. Sehr entspannend.

Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gute Lage

Nettes Ferienhäuschen mit reichlich Platz und allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Das Meer ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttlebus erreichbar. Lediglich die Schranke zur Ferienanlage hatte manchmal etwas Probleme und das Büro zum Einchecken haben wir nicht gleich auf Anhieb gefunden (Straße vorher, neben dem Supermarkt). Wir könnendes Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Wir fanden es sehr schön. Vom Schlafzimmerfenster konnte man die Tulpenfelder sehen. Die Räume waren groß und gemütlich. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
