Delightful stay

The property is in an absolutely perfect location! 5 minutes to the beach, close to all public transport lines, and grocery shopping. The place is cute and clean and practical. The hosts and property manager are easily reachable in case of questions and all are very helpful and responsive Absolutely loved our stay in Valencia!

Very nice apartment in a great location

We had planed to see Cabanyal in January. For that we booked the apartment. It is as nice as the pictures are showing, it is well equipped with everything, one nerds. We would book it again and can only recommend it .

Good position for all amenities

The property was in a good position to allow you to walk to the beach and sea front and also to catch the tram directly into Valencia city centre. The property was well decorated and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Thank you Christoph and Sahro for a very enjoyable stay.

We came to watch a hockey tournament at Valencia Hockey Club, hired bikes and had a great time exploring the city as well. Would have appreciated some instant coffee as the machine is very complicated! The information book was excellent.

Great location in El Cabanyal and near the beach.

The apartment is clean, quiet (use the shutters) and has all you need for your stay. It is near to local cafes (try Bombo for a friendly breakfast) and bars, and the beach and beach front restaurants are within a few minutes walk. A great bonus is the bus stop into the centre which is almost outside the front door. Use the EMT Valencia App to avoid waiting. Christof was a very helpful host.

Close to beach with quick tram access to city

Perfect place for 1 or 2 guests if you want to be close to the beach with a 15-20 minute tram access to the old city (tram stop is a 3 to 5 min. walk away). Kitchen is small but well equipped. Owners and their contact person are kind and quickly available (We had a hydro issue that was quikly resolved). Neighbourhood is quaint, out of the hustle and bustle of the city, with coffee shops, bars, tapas places, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung, ideal für zwei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus von außen unscheinbar und der Zugang über eine steile enge Treppe. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und 2 Deckenventilatoren, was für eine gute Durchlüftung sorgt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer etwas klein, aber alles da, was man braucht. Teilweise von der Straße her etwas lauter, hat uns aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern kaum gestört. Die Lage ist genial - in 5 min am Strand, 10 min zum Markt, Gaststätten, Supermarkt, Bäcker alles fußläufig. Gute Anbindung an das Zentrum. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter(in) sehr angenehm.

Wunderbare Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Er hat sogar für den Geburtstag unserer Tochter den Kuchen besorgt und uns viele Tipps in Valencia gegeben. Das ist außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und enthält alles Nötige: der Kleiderschrank ist geräumig, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir oft Dinge vom Markt gekocht haben, die Kapselmaschine für Kaffee funktioniert prima, die Waschmaschine auch. Für unser Kind konnten wir zwischen Beistellbett und Schlafsofa wählen, und das kleine Zimmer bietet gute Abstellmöglichkeiten oder auch -bei Bedarf- Platz zum Arbeiten. Das hier mehrfach genannte kleine Bad störte uns -auch mit Kind- nicht, weil man sich durch den kleinen zusätzlichen Raum in der Wohnung gut organisieren und dort alles abstellen konnte, was man an Kosmetik etc braucht. Für Seife, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta war am Waschbecken Platz. Wenn man die Rollläden nachts schließt, ist es nicht laut. Am schräg gegenüberliegenden Kiosk bekommt man Magnetkarten für Bus/Metro/Straßenbahn. Supermarkt, Markthalle, Strand, Restaurants sind im fußläufigen Umfeld von 5-8 Minuten. Unbedingt den Mercader Cabanyal als außergewöhnliches Restaurant besuchen (mit Reservierung). Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind durch die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist fußläufig nah. Das Stadtviertel Cabanyal gefiel uns sehr gut, man ist „mittendrin“ hat aber zu den Touristen guten Abstand.

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Strand von Valencia

Wir können einen Aufenthalt in Christophs Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. - persönliche Abholung durch Christoph vom Flughafen verlief problemlos - kleine extra Zimmer ist super, um zu zweit in der Wohnung zu arbeiten - Küche war groß und super ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. - Bett sehr bequem - Strandhandtücher + Schirm waren sogar vorhanden, das war toll! - Bügeleisen vorhanden - 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand Wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat, empfehlen wir oropax. Die Fenster sind (typisch spanisch) nur wenig isoliert und die Wohnung liegt an einer befahrenen Straße. Für uns war es aber kein Problem.
