Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave the comforters, blankets and pillow-shams on the beds. Make a pile for the sheets and a separate pile for the towels.
Lock all the windows and return furniture to its original position.
Clean the grill as a courtesy to the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum rental period is 3 weeks. No parties or gatherings of any kind at the house or lake.
Pets not allowed on furniture or beds. Pet fee is per pet, to be paid separately if not paid at the time of booking.

This beautiful and well-equipped home is located in a serene, private neighborhood. We had an easy time getting to all of our favorite areas of the Cape, and looked forward to retreating to this quiet oasis after a long day of activities. We appreciated the seamless check-in, easy communication, cleanliness and large kitchen with great cooking tools and appliances! Highly recommend and will gladly return!

The home was immaculately clean, and the host was exceptionally accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely family friendly. If you’re looking for a quiet oasis, this is the place. In addition, it was accessible to most of the popular spots in Chatham, including the magnificent Main Street. Additionally, if you’re looking for Bayside beaches such as Grays Beach or Chapin Beach all you have to do is drive 20 to 30 minutes and you’re at some of the most spectacular beaches on the Cape. Also, Chatham‘s location allow you easy down Cape driving for further adventure.
