The space
Our moody designed a-frame was meant to be a small slice of retreat for guests. The retreat was built for slow mornings and slow afternoons while staying in College Station. This unit is a 2/2 layout to make the space feel cozy but separate. With a firepit and a deck for the upstairs bedroom. The a-frame retreat makes for a great home away from home while visiting for a game, spending time with someone, or other activities in town.

Our property is located on nearly 2 acres right outside city limits. This makes the aframe feel close to the action but also secluded.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a full kitchen and laundry available.

A little background about our property:
We tore down the original structure to the studs, replaced those that needed to be replaced and replaced everything else besides the spiral staircase. We recently finished this project, so you would be one of the first to stay!

We built this retreat as a place we would chose for ourselves to stay if out of town.
