This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has views of the Ocean from the 4th floor on the South side of the building. Unit offers a King bed, a Queen sleeper sofa and a Keurig Coffeemaker. Unit has enhanced cable. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, bath and beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products. Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

The place was nice. The kitchen was outdated but ok. The place unfortunately was not clean thoroughly. There was garbage in one basket, dirt on the floor and a dirty band-aid in the corner in the bathroom.

What a wonderful condo. You can tell that the owners take pride in the condo and strive to meet the needs of the renters. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with great pots, pans, dishes and flatware. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the mattress on the bed was very supportive. The owners supplied detailed instructions on how to turn on the tv which was a big help. Would definitely love to come back to this condo.

The room was adequate for a 1 week stay. After saying that, something would have to be done with the valve in the shower ,as it next to impossible to get adjusted correctly. Secondly,the location of the toilet paper roll requires that an individual be ambidextrous to make use of it. All in all adequate.

Unit had an older kitchen and bathroom. There was a shortage of eating utensils. The pots and pans were worn out. The living room TV cable service was difficult to use and had a poor selection.

The unit is excellent. Our only problem was it smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in. We proceeded to get smoke eliminator supplies and after 2 days it was pretty much cleared. Beautiful unit otherwise. We did report this to the front desk.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was a little bit dated but in good repair and well appointed. We loved the view and the pool. The security was a nice feature. Parking was easier than other condo's we've stayed at in the area. We definitely plan on returning next year.
