The key to more freedom

Our apartments are situated in a sunny position at 450 metres on the edge of the historic wine village of St. Pauls in South Tyrol, amidst gently rolling vineyards in a uniquely quiet location. In addition, the breathtaking natural spectacle of the South Tyrolean lowlands with an unrestricted panoramic view towards Bolzano, the Mendola Mountains and the Dolomites.

Our outdoor pool on the inviting sun terrace presents itself unobtrusively and with straightforward elegance. With its 10m x 3,5m it offers relaxing swimming pleasure. Just dive in and relax. Enjoy the restful Mediterranean flair of South Tyrol on our cosy sun terrace, e.g. in one of our beautiful four-poster beds.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Mitten in den Weinbergen und total ruhig

Die Ferienwohnungen sind erst drei Jahre alt und qualitativ in einem sehr guten und hohen Zustand. Die Inhaber sind absolut nett und hilfsbereit.

Top Unterkunft

Die Wohnungen sind sehr neue und Top ausgestattet wie auf den Bildern. Das Schlafsofa für die dritte Person (im Eichberg) ist sehr bequem, mit einer Breite von 90cm nicht all zu breit aber ausreichend. Für Fahrräder steht ein abschließbarer Raum zur Verfügung. Parkplätze hat es genug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar in Mitten der Weinberge oberhalb von St. Pauls. Familie Lentsch sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Von der Terrasse und dem Pool hat man einen phantastischen Blick über das Etschtal auf die Berge. Wohnung und Pool waren blitzsauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für die Terrrassen und- Poolmöbel. Geschäfte und Restaurants in St. Pauls und St. Michael sind problemlos fussläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

In der Küche fehlt ein Dunstabzug. Es werden aber eher die Hängeschranke darunter leiden. Uns hat es weniger gestört.
