Great location and size for 4 people

The apartment was well located and was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The furniture and walls, however, could badly use a refresh, just as the door to the balcony was a bit heavy to handle.

Berlin stay

The property was great, very clean and comfortable although the pillows need replacing. We were disappointed that we would be charged a late arrival fee to get in after 6pm and couldn’t get in after 11pm. As our flights were evening flights we couldn’t risk it and had to book a hotel for our first night and forfeit the nights stay. Adam from the agency checked us in early the next morning and all communication with him was great. Overall a great stay and very central right near the Ubahn.

The place is worn down and in urgent need of attention the door too the balcony is broken and has been broken for a long time witch indicates lack off maintenance;( It’s drafting from the windows and door in the living room. The whole place need the be painted and refurnished The sofa is full of stains and so is the carpet. Compared to the price it was disappointing. Hope the owner will do something about this

Unkomplizierte und klare Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin vorab. Die Wohnung ist im 6. Stock eines ruhigen Hauses direkt vor dem U-Bahnhof Richard Wagner-Platz (U7) und in der direkten Umgebung (weniger als 300 Meter) gibt es Supermarkt, Sparkasse, Drogeriemarkt und Apotheke (und einen hervorragenden Dönerladen). Auch eine Buslinie (M45) nach Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten. Einige Spielplätze in der Nähe, am Klausenerplatz (4 Stationen mit M45) gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz am Rand eines tollen Kiezes, der nicht voller Touristen ist

schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief hervorragend. Das Ferienhaus war geräumig, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte. Die U-Bahnlinie U7 verläuft direkt gegenüber vom Apartmentgebäude, sodass man alle Orte bequem erreichen kann. Wir hörten regelmäßig Sirenen von der Straße, aber von unseren Nachbarn war absolut nichts zu hören. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Lage, vom Objekt selber enttäuscht

Die Wohnung ist leider sehr abgewohnt und hellhörig, die Fenster undicht, die Balkontür defekt und auch leider nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt aber trotzdem genießen können, finden den Preis aber für diese Ferienwohnung zu teuer. Das Check-In/Check-out und die Kommunikation waren gut.

Berlin im Dezember

Praktische Ferienwohnung für zwei Pärchen, da zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer (klein, aber ausreichend). Schön zentral gelegen, perfekt für den Weihnachtsmarkt vor dem Charlottenburger Schloss. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und waren zufrieden. Als kleiner Hinweis: Ein paar paar zueinander passende Weingläser und Sektgläser wären schön. Das vorhandene Gläserangebot ist leider sehr zusammengesucht.

Ferienwohnung für Familien in toller Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung (Luise) ist optimal. Direkt vor der Tür liegt der Eingang zur U-Bahn (U7); alternativ 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Station der Linie U2, die direkt mit Berlin Mitte verbindet. In direkter fussläufiger Umgebung sind mehrere Lebensmittelläden, Bistros, Bäcker; 5 Minuten bis zur Spree und ca. 15 Minuten zum Schloss Charlottenburg. Da die Schlafzimmer auf der der Kreuzung abgewandten Straße liegen, konnten wir trotz Hitze und offener Fenster gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familien für ein paar abwechslungsreiche Tage so braucht.

Great place, no elevator

The apartment was perfect. Two bedrooms, two shower/bathrooms, great balcony and well appointed...Easily accessible from the subway and conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and the castle. However it is on the 5th floor (I missed this info) which is fine if the elevator is working. It wasn't, so 6 flights of stairs daily was a lot, especially with luggage. We would definitely stay here again, but know that if the owner says the elevator isn't working, you'll get your literal steps (over 100) in each way.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur 20 Minuten vom Zentrum mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, was uns begeistert hat. Die Bäder sind zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Es fehlt nur etwas mehr Ablagefläche. In einem Bad läuft der Spülkasten der Toilette nur sehr langsam nach, das dauert ca. 5-8 min. bis er wieder voll ist. Die Reinigungsfirma könnte etwas gründlicher sein, es lag Papier rum und im Gefrierfach lagen angetaute Eiswürfel. Außerdem sollten die Bilder im Exposé mal erneuert werden, da wir auch andere Stühle im Esszimmer erwartet haben und die jetzigen nicht sehr bequem sind. Alles in allem fanden wir die Wohnung aber gut und würden sie auch wieder mieten. Die wenigen Mängel sind keine, die wir sofort hätten melden müssen.

Optimale Fewo

Die Fewo war sauber und optimal eingerichtet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten, z.B. Hand- und Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Spülmaschine und dazu Tabs. Die Loggia ist auch groß genug. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Stühle im Außenbereich nicht so bequem sind, aber da gab es ja noch die Stühle vom Esstisch!

Bei der Sauberkeit Luft nach oben

Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Leider ist das Wohnzimmerfenster undicht, dadurch kommt es zu Zugluft und die Straßengeräusche sind auch deutlich zu hören. Bei der bezahlten Endreinigung könnte auch unter den Betten gesaugt werden, hier ist eine beachtliche Staubansammlung zu beobachten. Bei der Wohnungsbeleuchtung sind einige Leuchtmittel defekt, in der Abstellkammer gibt es zwar Ersatzlampen, diese passen aber allesamt nicht in die vorhandenen Leuchten.
