Ein Urlaub in der Villa Kranich ist erholsam und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage im Ortszentrum ist für Ausflüge optimal und der Weg zum Strand, zur Promenade, zur Einkaufsstraße und zum Schmachter See kurz. Die Wohnung selbst ist vollausgestattet und für einen Urlaub in Familie bestens ausgestattet. Auch an Regentagen hat man hier genug Platz, um sich einen schönen Tag zu machen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Binz unweit von der Flaniermeile, dem Strand und dem Schmachter See. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir sind sehr erholt zurück gekommen.

Den Balkon gab es nicht

Den im Angebot zugesicherten Balkon gab es nicht; im besten Fall existierte ein franz. Balkon, der weniger als 50cm breit, vollständig verdreckt und ungepflegt war. Der Balkon war für nichts nutzbar (Fotos existieren). Beschreibung aus dem Angebot: ...ob Sie im Wohnzimmer relaxen, auf dem Balkon wohltuende Ostseeluft schnuppern... Fotos aus dem Angebot zeigen andere Balkons. Wir werden das nicht akzeptieren und erwarten Schadensersatz.
