New house, modernly equipped for a total of 4-6 people, with a private pool and a covered barbecue area. The house is located in a very peaceful area, surrounded by fields and nature. It is ideal for families and safe for children, with a fenced pool and a safety gate on the stairs.

3 bedrooms: One with a double bed (1.50m) and another with two single beds. On the first floor, there is a third bedroom with another double bed (1.50m), accommodating 2 additional people.

Living room: Equipped with a sofa, TV with Spanish channels, fireplace, dining table, and chairs. Wi-Fi and air condition are available.

Fully equipped kitchen: Includes an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Bathrooms:
One full bathroom with a bathtub and shower (ground floor).
One toilet (first floor).
One bathroom with a shower (outdoor, next to the pool).

On the first floor, there is a terrace with beautiful views of the pool and the surrounding fields.

This is a Wonderfull place to stay for a family. Conil is a beautiful and this house is the perfect distance from the center to allow easy access to the shops, restaurants and beaches, but still be quiet enough in the evenings. The house and facilities are very clean and everything worked. The support staff is 100%! We had an issue with the door one day and the whole team shoed up within 20 minutes and all was solved immediately. The only small concern is the lack of BBQ equipment. Such a great outdoor BBQ area, but we needed to buy a spatula and tongs. A basic set would greatly help. A small complaint but easily fixed.

La casa es enorme, la piscina y zona de barbacoa es muy chula. Apartada de ruidos de coches. Yo arreglaría los grifos, la manilla de la puerta del baño y el mando se la tele. Compramos pilas pensando que era ese el problema pero no, era del mando. Por lo demás genial. Lola súper amable.

Una casa preciosa, c...

Una casa preciosa, con todas las comodidades. Éramos dos matrimonios con dos chavales y dos perros y estuvimos muy agusto, con suficiente espacio para todos. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y la parrilla. Está un poco apartada del pueblo, pero eso le suma encanto, ya que te permite privacidad absoluta. Ojalá pueda repetir pronto. Un saludo para Lola, su dueña.
