Private: property, terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery 400 m, bus stop "Benitachell" 3.7 km, railway station "Teulada" 8.3 km, ferry "Denia" 21.9 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 9 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 2.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5.5 km, tennis 4.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
