Villa Sirius offers guests a fantastic sea view. The property is spread over 2 floors and features a sea-view living room, a relaxation room with a sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 7 adults + 1 child). Minimum booking age is 28 years.



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and more. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and washing machine. There is a workspace for home office, as well as a SPA bathroom area with a multi-person chromatic shower. A crib and high chair are also available.



The private outdoor area includes an unheated hot tub (2 m x 2 m x 1.5 m, up to 5 people), hot tub in the indoor bathroom, garden, open terrace with solarium and outdoor shower, covered terrace, balcony, electric barbecue/grill, and mobile outdoor shower. The property is just minutes from shops, restaurants, and bars. Natural pools and Li Cossi beach are recommended.



An uncovered parking space is available on request in the garage, also suitable for motorbikes and bikes. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available and smoking is not permitted inside. Bed linen, beach towels, and bath towels are available for an extra fee. The property follows waste separation and energy-saving lighting guidelines. Pool preparation cannot be guaranteed for bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance.
