This beautiful 3 bedroom villa in the Languedoc style, 250m from the long sandy beach of Narbonne-plage, on the French Mediterranean.
Newly built in 2007, this villa is equipped to a high standard in a contemporary style and equipped to sleep 7-8 people. The villa also benefits from a large enclosed garden/private south facing terrace (65m2).
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190). The third bedroom has a twin bed (90x190) and two bunk beds (90x190) and a bed (80x190).
There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets. The first bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower.
There is a garage and a car park.
High speed, unlimited capacity WiFi internet. Our bikes are free for our guests.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in super Lage. Wenige Schritte zum Strand und in das Zentrum. Sehr leistungsfähiges WLAN mit hoher Übertragungsrate. Fernseher etwas altersschwach, insbesondere der Ton. Toller Urlaub!

Tolle Lage zum Strand und Innenstadt

Wir haben uns (Ehepaar) sehr wohl gefühlt. Beschreibung stimmte mit dem Ferienhaus überein und zusaätzlich gab es auch noch eine Abspülmaschine! Lage perfekt! Shr entspannte Zeit verbracht.

Solides Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und ausreichend Platz für ins 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) geboten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, in der Summe gab es dennoch ein paar störende Punkte (zum Beispiel defekte Halterung Duschkopf, Temperaturregler Kühlschrank, fehlende Auflagen für Liegestühle).  Der schöne Strand war per Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. In der Regel haben wir immer einen Platz direkt am Wasser bekomme.  Vor Ort, ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gibt es verschiedene Geschäfte für den alltäglichen Bedarf sowie Restaurants. Auch Abends gab es dort verschiedene Events. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer zeitnah.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Für uns war die Unterkunft absolut passend. Sie verfügt über alles Nötige. Geschätzt haben wir die Abwaschmaschine, die grosse Terrasse und die doch zentrale Lage. Strand und Einkaufen in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

schön gelegenes kleines Ferienhaus

schönes Ferienhaus perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. Strand ist ca. 250m entfernt. ruhige Lage (zumindest ruhige Nachbarn während unseres Aufenthaltes) in einer abgegrenzten Residenz. Garage war nicht zu nutzen - aber innerhalb der Residenz sind genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Wohnung war sauber - alles notwendige in der Wohnung vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse und genug Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Kontakt mit Verwalterin über SMS und Telefon. Auf dem Weg haben wir auch die Zugangs-Codes erhalten und somit kein pers. Treffen am Anreisetag notwendig gewesen.

J ai été très satisfaite du séjour.

Tout était conforme, dans les details. Le seul point négatif concerne les voisins du 56 qui apparemment n' aiment pas les enfants et ralent au moindre bruit.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung

Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und somit unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage zum Strand ist optimal und außer dem etwas abgenutztem Interieur ist alles sehr gut für einen schönen Urlaub. Der Kontakt ist nett und die Abwicklung problemlos. Besonders ist das Haus für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet und der Hundestrand ist auch nicht weit weg.

un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’accueil était très sympa. La maison est lumineuse et bien situé. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir utiliser les vélos à disposition. Personnellement il manque qqes rangement dans le séjours et la sdb en bas, mais cela n'a pas nui du tout au séjours. La mer est à proximité ainsi que le centre ville ce qui est appréciable. merci pour ce sejour!

Tolle "Basis" für einen Strandurlaub

Sehr nah zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz. Toll sind zwei Toiletten und zwei Badezimmer. Auf der Terrasse findet man immer ein Plätzchen in der Sonne oder im Schatten.

Ferienhaus Ja aber keine Villa

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienanlage die abgeriegelt ist, 300 Meter vom Strand, Bäckerei, Metzger usw. Die Strandpromenade mit Restaurants ist ca. 600 Meter entfernt. Die Übergabe des Objekts ging sehr schnell, es wurde nicht viel erklärt die Frau hatte es extrem eilig. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, Besteck und Teller waren nicht sauber und es roch ein wenig muffig. Wir mußten alles spülen vor Gebrauch. Es waren keine Vorleger vor der Dusche vorhanden was den Aufstieg aus der Dusche gefährlich machte. Toilettenpapier war auch nicht genug vorhanden. In der Objektbeschreibung hieß es das ein Gasgrill vorhanden war, dieser stand in der Garage ohne Gas und es wurde uns gesagt wir sollten den 10 Euro kleinen Holzkohle Grill benutzen der in der Ecke stand, das Ding war so klein und wackelig das es unzumutbar war diesen zu benutzen. Es war zwar auch noch ein etwas größer Holzkohlegrill in der Garage aber total verostet und vergammelt. Die Fahrräder konnten wir auch nicht benutzen da eins einen kaputten Reifen hatte. Das Inventar des Hauses war veraltet und hatte ziemlich viele Gebrauchsspuren. Wir habem das Haus um 9 Uhr am Abreisetag sauberer übergeben als vorgefunden, die Schlüsselübergabe war stressig, dem Anschein nach hatte die gute Frau keine Lust oder war in Eile. Professionell war das nicht, wir waren noch nicht im Auto da stand Sie schon am Tor und wollte uns rauslassen. Fazit: für den hohen Preis den man pro Woche bezahlt, mit einer Reinigungsgebühr die schon unverschämt ist, ist das nicht gerechtfertigt. Und man kann besseren Service/Sauberkeit erwarten. Wir werden jedenfalls nicht mehr in dieses Objekt kommen obwohl wir nach Narbonne zurück kommen werden. Familie Rumprecht

Long weekend break

Very comfortable house with everything as described. Had problems with WiFi but sorted out by the wonderful Anita! Plenty of room for the us and very handy for the beach and town centre. Must see attractions are Narbonne cathedral, Gruissan and Angeleres sur mer. Highly recommended.

Ein Urlaubsort zum entspannen und wohlfühlen.

Wir waren nun das zweite mal in diesem sehr gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lies. Wir fühlten uns gleich wieder wie zu Hause. Die Entfernung zum Meer (ca. 5 min) hat unserem Enkel besonders gefallen, auch die Wege zum Bäcker, sowie zu den Restaurant`s sind kurz. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, sowie zur Betreuung vor Ort verlief sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir werden, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, dieses Ferienhaus gerne wieder buchen.
