Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement within 24 hours after booking; check-in info will not be provided until agreement is signed.
Security Deposit Required of $300 for domes, $500 for maison, $1500 for whole resort. Minimum age to rent is 21. NO Smoking.
NO pets. Parties/events require prior approval and add'l event fees apply. Quiet Hours are from 9PM - 8AM.
