Vacation in Calpe

The home was fairly clean upon arrival. However, the beddings were rinkled; pubic hair on the baths floors; primary bedroom A/C non-operational; ants on the balcony and coming into upstairs bedrooms; the advertising was deciving regarding the livable space which was not 230m2. The basement was a big part of this 230m2 and was not usable. I reserved this property based on representation of the 230m2 being large. That was not the case. Best Regards
