Spacious, newly remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom unit with spectacular proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will enjoy a neatly decorated condo with an essentially brand new interior.
The welcoming, gorgeous unit offers absolute relaxation. In addition to the king size bed in the master bedroom, there is a plush queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. The condo accommodates up to 6 people. Full renovation was recently completed.
Decorated professionally, guests will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, shaker-style cabinets, new furniture and new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group.
This is a family operated unit.
All the beds have brand new high quality cool-gel foam mattresses with triple layers of protections for better hygiene.
All furniture is brand new. Smart TVs in living room and in master. Super high speed wifi is provided free of charge.

The unit is located across the road from white sandy beaches of the emerald coast gulf.

You will have full access to amenities, like an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and shopping. Chateau La Mer is a walking distance to beautiful restaurants right by the beach.

Ideal location for a beach vacation. About 21 miles to the VPS airport, we are less then 2 miles to Silver Sands Outlet mall and close to many popular spots like Baytowne Wharf, Destin Harbor and Crab Island.}

Nice place for a small family. Great location! Appliances are dates but easy to use! One drawback is the noise - a little rain in the middle of the night and the gutter sounded like a freight train. Maybe a result of the storm last week? Otherwise was a nice stay.

Our host had great communication with us and check-in/out was easy. The unit was extremely clean and was literally just a few minute walk away from the beach. It was also close to so many things.

This property is fine for those on a tight budget. When I put in a few complaints like the TV in the main room did not work, there was an excuse that they fixed it from the last time people were there. When I complained about the cleanliness, they said the people that stayed before us were messy. The pictures were so nice and I always base my stays on cleanliness. What a disappointment. We checked out a day early.

The TV remote controller which you complained about, worked perfectly well as confirmed by others and, the batteries were indeed replaced immediately before your arrival. Wish you would have been patient even a bit, to be shown how to work the gadget. Remember, you asked to and brought many more family members over for a meal right upon arrival, made a mess and then turned around to make frivolous claims about the housekeepers' duties after they worked diligently and even returned there to attend to any concern you may have had. You refused to communicate, declined any help, chose to completely ignore the housekeepers and ghosted your hosts despite asking you to show any of your purported claims, so they could be addressed to your satisfaction, if they truly existed. Sorry, you were so moody and grumpy coming in and couldn't be satisfied, regardless of anyone's hospitality. Hope you feel better.

Great location, super clean and lovely!

The condo had been recently updated and was beautiful. Plenty of space for our family, super clean, and right across the street from the beach. Walking distance from restaurants. Would highly recommend!

What you see is what you get.

The property looks just as lovely in person as it did in the pictures. It is literally cross the street from the beach and a short drive from great restaurants and attractions. The only small annoyance was some gnats in the shower. The hosts are easy to contact and quick to respond. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others.

4 A - Kitchen not supplied very well - missing a grilling spatula and tongs; missing mixing bowls - Floors are very dirty - two toddlers feet were always filthy - water pressure not good in the master shower or other bathroom either- master bath sink doesn’t drain well - The stove top was dirty- received complaints about the wash cloths being dirty - they were not ours - water leak under the master sink, got my stuff wet underneath- no stopper in the master sink

If only you are capable of telling any truth. Awfully terrible, filthy and property damaging guest. 1. Lied about everything; claimed 2 guests on reservation, yet you brought more than the unit’s maximum capacity, made a thorough mess of the property, wanting to sleep extra cronies on a non-existent bed that she kept trying to turn the living room furniture into, despite the housekeeper’s guidance. Wantonly brought in soil and sand with shoes, dirtying the floors and expecting clean feet? 2. So ignorant, unable to work even the easiest gadgets amongst multiple provided for guests’ use and comfort, even in the kitchen. 3. Till date, you have not paid for your stay, having scammed your way through the online travel agency! How a fraudster like you got through the booking platform is unfathomable. Disrespecting others’ properties is unacceptable, deceptive guests like you should not be allowed in others’ homes.
