Nonina hiza is a beautiful renovated traditional stone house (semi-detached house) on two floors in Stancija Vodopija, a suburb of Porec.

The house lies in a quiet place and with its own property it is only on guests` disposal. In the other half of the house lives the nice owner with his family.

Stancija Vodopija is 4 km from Porec and about 2 km from the sea, so it is only a few minutes’ drive to the main facilities. Nonina hiza offers to the guests a covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue and a well-kept lawn.



Holiday home near Porec of 70 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a nice living area with sofa, equipped kitchen and dining table, a shower/toilet and a smaller pantry. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, a shower/toilet in the hall. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft - sehr nette Vermieter. Lage etwas außerhalb von Porec und daher sehr ruhig am Abend.Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht erreichbar.Hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen hier.

Super freundliche Vermieter, sehr zuvorkomment. Sehr schöne Willkommensgeschenke: Obst, Getränke, Wein, Olivenöl, Schokolade und Marmelade. Zweimaliger Handtuchwechsel-super. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Es gab sogar noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.Wir würde wieder kommen.

Da wir leider von sehr viel Mücken geplagt waren,wäre eine Insektentür an der Wohnungstür ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Ansonsten gab es NIX zu beanstanden und waren mehr als zufrieden damit. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen auch gerne weiter....

Wir waren 100% zufrieden, super sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, unsere Vermieter waren sowas von freundlich, das Ferienhaus war das Beste was wir bisher hatten, zum Empfang gab es Erdbeeren, Schokolade, 1 Flasche Sekt und 2 Flaschen Wasser, das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Auto konnten wir direkt am Haus parken, nur 5-6km von Porec entfernt, mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar und zum Abschluß gabs noch Oliven und eine Flasche Olivenöl aus der eigenen Fertigung. Also so etwas positives hatten wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
