The listed and restored Villa Möwe I is a small house with only 4 apartments, which was built at the turn of the century in the spa style. The house is located with 2 other houses in a side street of the historic Wilhelmstraße, which leads to the pier. Apartment number 02 is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing terrace. The parking space for the apartment is located in the underground car park. You also have the option of sharing the coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

Apartment No. 2 has a size of approx. 52 square metres and offers enough space for 2 people and 2 extra beds. A toddler up to 3 years of age can be accommodated in the children's travel bed brought along or booked. The bright and spacious living and dining area has a comfortable couch area with a high-quality pull-out function (1.60m x 2.00m), coffee table, 2 armchairs, reading lamp, sideboard with a smart TV, Blu Ray player, radio with CD player and Internet connection via WLAN (included). Adjacent you will find a wooden dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. In the separate bedroom you have a double bed (2x0.90m x 2.00m), bedside consoles, a wardrobe, smart TV, as well as blackout options and insect screens, which serve for a peaceful sleep. The sanitary area is rounded off by a shower, toilet, hairdryer, make-up mirror, washbasin, underfloor heating and a towel dryer. You can reach your south-facing terrace through the living area. The living room windows, which resemble a conservatory, can be completely darkened by electric shutters. In the communal cellar you can use the communal washing machine and dryer for an extra charge. You can purchase the tokens on request during your holiday. You can book the initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an extra charge or supplement it with your own. From 2 booked packages you will receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat once. A private car parking space no. 26 (entrance height underground car park 2.10 m in house II) and a storage room in the basement (house I) belong to the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.



Check-out is possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
