About this property

One Tree Hill Bridge | 3BR 3.5BA + Garage | Walk to Riverwalk, Live Oak Pavilion

Welcome to On the Bridge - Wilmington, a modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in a truly unique Wilmington location—right on the 6th Street, Harry Forden Bridge featured in the opening credits of One Tree Hill.

Designed with fans in mind but created to be a comfortable Wilmington getaway for everyone, your vacation home includes subtle nods to One Tree Hill, Dawson’s Creek, and The Summer I Turned Pretty. It’s a fun connection to Wilmington’s film history without sacrificing its clean, modern feel.

This is a three-story townhome, with bedrooms separated across the first and third floors and the main gathering spaces located on the second floor. The second floor brings everyone together with the kitchen, dining space for 6, and living room in one central part of the home, while the bedroom levels provide more privacy when it’s time to unwind.

Each of the three bedrooms has access to its own private full bathroom, and there is an additional half bath off the main living area. Throughout the home, we’ve focused on the details that make a stay more comfortable, including Saatva mattresses, high-thread-count sheets, a choice of down and down-alternative pillows, blackout curtains, sound machines, Roku TVs, and thoughtful storage for unpacking.

One of the best parts of On the Bridge is what’s waiting just outside. Located in Wilmington’s historic downtown Brooklyn district and just .7 of a mile from the Riverwalk, you can walk or drive to restaurants, coffee, shopping and waterfront views, explore the Brooklyn Arts District, or head to Live Oak Bank Pavilion for a concert. Fans can set out to discover the many Wilmington locations they’ll recognize from their favorite shows and movies. Our home features a gated courtyard with park benches, large grassy yard, and incredible views of the Bridge at sunset.

You’ll also have the convenience of a private garage, a welcome feature when staying close to downtown, plus a private driveway. If you’re bringing a third vehicle, nearby street parking is available, or one space may be available in the community overflow lot for a registered vehicle.

A $300 security-deposit authorization hold—not a fee—is required before arrival and released after checkout if no amount is due.

Whether you’re planning a filming-location getaway, coming to Wilmington for a concert, exploring the historic riverfront, visiting UNCW, or simply looking for a comfortable place to spend time together, On the Bridge - Wilmington puts you in a memorable location for experiencing the city.

Stay on the bridge. Explore Wilmington. And maybe discover a little film magic along the way.

About the host

Hosted by Natalie and Sean Robertson

Host profile image
We’re Natalie and Sean. Sean is a real estate professional, and I’m a former classroom teacher who now works as a substitute teacher in elementary schools. When one of our daughters began attending university in Wilmington, our family quickly fell in love with the city, its architecture, riverfront and the feeling that there is always something new to discover. I’ve always loved being part of a fandom. There is something special about the way a favorite story brings people together and makes a place feel meaningful long after the final scene. Wilmington offers the rare opportunity to step into those stories, to recognize a bridge, a street or a familiar view and share that excitement with someone who understands exactly why it matters. On the Bridge - Wilmington grew from the opportunity to bring Sean’s real estate experience together with my love of fandom, hospitality and thoughtful details. Creating this home has allowed us to combine what each of us loves while sharing a city that has become very special to our family. We hope our guests feel that same sense of discovery and Wilmington magic during their stay.

Why they chose this property

We chose this home because it offers a rare combination of newer construction, modern comfort and a location filled with Wilmington character. The large windows bring in beautiful natural light, the private garage makes parking easy, and the gated courtyard, with its mature trees, benches and views of the iconic bridge, feels like a special retreat in the middle of the city. We also loved being within walking distance of neighborhood bars and restaurants, with Historic Downtown, the Riverwalk and even more dining and entertainment close by. For us, the location carries an extra bit of Wilmington magic. The bridge just outside the courtyard is a recognizable filming location, and so many other places seen on television are nearby. In June (2026), we unexpectedly came upon *The Summer I Turned Pretty* movie filming downtown. Watching a familiar Wilmington street become part of the next chapter in the story reminded us how often this city surprises you that way, you can turn a corner and suddenly find yourself somewhere you recognize from the screen. That feeling inspired much of what we created inside the home. We wanted it to feel fresh, comfortable and distinctly Wilmington, with thoughtful tributes to the television stories filmed here. It is a place where guests can enjoy the city as it is today while also connecting with the scenes and memories that first made many of us fall in love with it.

What makes this property unique

On the Bridge - Wilmington combines the comfort of a newer, modern home with a location that feels distinctly Wilmington. Guests enjoy three bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom (two walk in showers on the third floor and a tub/shower on the first floor), Saatva Luxury Plush mattresses, high-thread-count linens and thoughtfully selected bedding for a comfortable night’s sleep. The home also features large sunny windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a private garage and beautiful views of the iconic bridge from the gated courtyard. It is within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and bars and close to Historic Downtown, the Riverwalk, Brooklyn Arts District and Live Oak Bank Pavilion. Thoughtful furnishings and subtle tributes to Wilmington’s film and television history make the home feel both relaxing and memorable.
