Relaxation and Italian warmth.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful region of Italy. Superfriendly and warm-hearted proprietors. Fantastic pool and the gameroom (pooltable and kicker) is an excellent extra. We had a fantastic vacation!

Great vacation & Great hosts!

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived at the house. The hosts were so kind and helpful! They thought of everything to make sure we could relax and joy our holiday. They even organised an evening where they made real Italian home made pizza's! The place was great, the pool area was beautiful with a cinematic view. A perfect peaceful and private getaway. Hopefully one day, we can come back to enjoy another beautiful holiday!

We spent a wonderful week with family and friends in this beautiful house surrounded by olive trees, lavender and herbs. The view from the swimming pool is stunning. House is clean and comfortable, swimming pool is amazing. But what is the most important - the hosts are very kind and hearty people. We will definitely coming back next year - for two weeks!

Remote Tuscan Villa

Pros: Spacious home off the beaten path in Tuscany (about 15 minutes down windy roads from nearest supermarket). Beautiful views from the house. Close to San Gimignano and Volterra, which we explored while we were there. The owners met us and handed us keys and gifted us some homemade wine and olive oil. They also offered the use of herbs from their garden and outdoor grill, which was nice. Cons: I was a little surprised they asked for a large deposit in cash when we got there. The three bedrooms were spacious but the beds were very uncomfortable. We were there in winter and were surprised by the cost of the gas bill (90 euros for three nights). We had to wait for them to come over and check us out so they could check how much gas we used before we left. Also, you don't have use of the whole house - there is a large room that is locked off for the owners, and the downstairs game room is an extra cost per night. All in all, make sure you read the whole listing for the extra fees and bring extra blankets in winter so you don't have to use much heat!

Super Ferienwohnung

Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte wie beschrieben. Lage der Ferienwohnung toll. Wunderschöner Blick in die Toskana. Man wurde jeden Morgen von Eidechsen auf der Mauer begrüßt. Abends gab es dann noch ein kleines Konzert von 2 Zwergohreulen. Für 4 Personen optimal, wegen der 2 Bäder.

Prachtig gelegen huis in Toscane

Brandschone en goed onderhouden woning Het kookgedeelte is beperkt,maar je hebt echt alles wat je nodig hebt. 3 ruime slaapkamers met 2persoonsbed. 2 zeer ruime badkamers. Een eetkamer met een mooie tafel en 6 stoelen (en evt slaapbank). Een gezellig terras naast de keuken. Lekker in de schaduw. Ook naast het mooie grote zwembad is er ruim plaats. Ligbedden en parasol zijn prima. De tuin is prachtig en met veel liefde onderhouden. De bakker en een pizzeria zijn om de hoek. Gastvrije ontvangst!!

Küche und Esszimmer eher klein. Bratpfannen mangelhaft. Abwasch–und Waschmaschine sauber. Pergola wegen Grünwuchs nicht benutzbar. Betreuung sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Lage. Gute Pizzeria (Tre Archi) in der Nähe. Benützung des Billardtisches muss besser deklariert werden.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Alles (Haus, Garten, Pool) war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Empfang und Kontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr herzlich. Der kleine Ort Castel San Gimignano liegt ca. 12 km vom Hauptort San Gimignano entfernt. Die Orte Volterra und Colle ValD‘Elsa sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Im Ort kann man im „Tre Arci“, welches fussläufig zu erreichen ist, gut essen. Größere Supermärkte sind in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten uns entschlossen zum 2. Mal ins Rusico Cavernoso zu fahren. Eingebettet in die wunderschöne Kulturlandschaft der Toscana ist das sehr schöne und saubere Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen. Der gepflegte Garten und der immer saubere Pool boten pure Entspannung. Höhepunkt der Woche waren die selbstgemachten Pizzen von Maria. Mit ihr und mit ihrem Mann Dimitrio verbrachten wir einen schönen Abend. Die beiden machen das gerne und für jeden Gast.

Tres jolie maison isolée au calme. Cadre magnifique ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Une bouteille de vin et d huile d olives nous ont été offert à l arrivée, ainsi que des tomates du jardin. La maison n est pas équipée de la clim. Des ventilateurs seraient bienvenus compte tenu de la chaleur étouffante au sein de la maison. Attention : énormément de moustiques

Vermieter sind sehr nett, großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Küche Lieder etwas zu klein, keine Abstell Möglichkeiten. den Aufpreis für den Billardtisch und den Töggelikaste stand leider nicht im Beschrieb.

unglaublich schöner Urlaub

das ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles top gepflegt und die Vermieter super freundlich. Wir kamen durch diverse Staus viel zu spät und wurden trotz allem sehr freundlich empfangen. Am Pool gibt es neue Liegen und Stühle und im Garten gibt es diverse Sitzecken. Das Haus ist kühl und man kann dank Moskitonetzen super durchlüften. Sollten die Vermieter einen gemeinsamen Pizzaabend anbieten, nicht ablehnen. Absolutes Highlight. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche und wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren erstmals in der wunderschönen Toskana. Die Fam. M. hat mit dieser traumhaften Oase Ferienhaus Rustico zur Erholung beigetragen. Das Haus und der Pool sind top. Zwei Tipps wollen wir Euch geben: Schlagt die Einladung von M. zum Pizza-Essen nicht aus und wenn ihr Anregungen für Ausflüge benötigt, fragt einfach D. Wir werden wieder kommen, denn hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben.

Erholung kombiniert mit super Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Haus und Garten inkl. Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal mit weitem Blick in die Landschaft und für Ausflüge in die schönen Städte und Landstriche der Toskana sehr gut geeignet. Die Einladung zur selbst gemachten Pizza war einmalig und sollte auf jeden Fall angenommen werden!!

Schönes Haus & Garten mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht und schönem Garten. Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeit in der Küche zum Kochen wäre wünschenswert. Sehr netter Besitzer Der Pool ist schön gross mit genügend angrenzender Liegefläche Zufahrt auf den letzten 100 Meter nicht für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet, elektrisches Tor.

Urlaub in der Toskana

Das Haus liegt landschaftlich sehr schön und hat einen ausgesprochen gepflegten Garten mit Pool und Grillplatz. Im Keller sind noch ein Kicker und ein sehr großer Billard-Tisch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer die Toskana erkunden will, hat von dort aus alle Möglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, haben uns blendend erholt und können das Haus wirklich sehr empfehlen.
