Beautiful "rustico" cottage "De Piedra". 7 km from the centre of Conil de la Frontera, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio, barbecue house. 500 m long bumpy motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station 40 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Access to the pool from the garden via a wooden boardwalk.
"De Piedra", 3-room house 60 m2. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. VTAR/CA/01459

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Das Haus wie auch der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, und eine sehr nette Eigentümerin.

Unser Urlaub in der Finca de Piedra war einfach fantastisch! Die Schlüsselübergabe war unproblematisch und die Unterkunft lädt sofort zum Entschleunigen ein! Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt, Küche Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei! Der hauseigene Pool wunderschön und wird täglich gesäubert! Tolle Lage, mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten zum Strand. Rundum schöne Anlage! Wir werden wieder kommen....

Casa muy acogedora

Todo muy bien. Tiene un césped muy bonito, una buena piscina e incluso una barbacoa con horno de piedra en la que me quede con las ganas de prepararme unos chuletones. La casa en general muy acogedora.

Ferienhaus im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich abseits der touristisch geprägten Stadt Conil, wir haben Ruhe vorgefunden, Vermieter freundlich, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, Haus und Grundstück inkl.Pool äusserst gepflegt und sauber, Ausstattung des Hauses komplett. Conil und Strände ca. 6–10 km,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 2 km.

Sehr ruhige Lage und gut zum entspannen. Nachts um diese Jahreszeit nur etwas kalt. Mussten uns Holz besorgen, um den offenen Kamin zu schüren.

Vous ne serez pas déçus

Les propriétaires sont très accueillant malgré la barrière de la langue. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très fraîche en saison chaude. La piscine est entretenue tous les jours par son propriétaire qui est discret lors de sa venue. Surtout ne manquez pas de visiter la ville de Conil de la Frontera qui est très jolie et où les restaurants et glaciers vous régalerons. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour. Ne pas oublier de porter un petit présent à vos hôtes qui le méritent amplement. Corinne, Valérie, Olivier et Martial
