Private: garden (not fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, bus stop 1.1 km, pebble beach 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Trento 61 km, Verona 70 km.
5-room semi-detached house 110 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious and bright, beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Fantastic view, excellent hosts!

Verdin house was a great choice for us in Malcesine. Lots of room, well- equipped kitchen, awesome terrace with view over lake. L. and V. were in site to welcome us, giving us good local advice, taxi arrangements- even cherries! Location is central to the town, info office, grocery, albeit with a 1-2 km walk. (A car would be good idea for most people). Highly recommend this vacation home and town.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen grandiosen Blick auf den Lago. Einzig die Parkplätze sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht fü2 größere PKW gedacht. Betten sind gut. Die Duschen sind geräumig auch für große Größen. Nur das heisse Wasser kommt in Intervallen, ist aber kein großes Problem. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden weiterzuempfehlen.

Sensationeller Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt über Malcesine. Aus jedem Zimmer hat man einen tollen Seeblick. Tolle Terrasse und sogar noch eine auf dem Dach. Die Ausstattung ist gut, in den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Eine klare Empfehlung, vor allem wenn man mehrere Zimmer möchte und keiner im Wohnzimmer schlafen soll. Mit VW Passat passt man gut durch die Einfahrt.

Super Ferienhaus in toller Aussichtslage

Wir haben ein Woche in dem Ferienhaus in Malcesine verbracht und waren sehr begeistert. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aussichtslage über Malcesine. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Alle Betten waren gut (und ich bin sehr empfindlich) und das Haus ist auch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die beiden Balkone haben einen fantastischen Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Wir werden sicherlich nocheinmal dahin fahren.

Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Verständigung auf deutsch ist gut möglich, er wohnt direkt nebenan, daher ist die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos möglich. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage, so das die Aussicht wunderschön ist. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in ca. 15 min. (Berg abwärts) zu erreichen. Der Rückweg ist dementsprechend anstrengender. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Geschirr ausgestattet.

Als ich das erste Mal das Haus betrat, empfing mich ein Duft, der mich die Augen schließen ließ. So frisch mediterran. Magisch. Im unteren Bereich befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit sehr schöner großer Dusche. Aus jedem Zimmer hat man einen gigantischen Blick auf den Lago. Steintreppe rauf.
