Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Boules. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "La Nartelle" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"La Figuière", 5-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, shower. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. When booking at the rate for 6 persons not available: the bedroom with bunk bed and shower. Bed layout is flexible. Schönes Haus in toller Lage, leider ein aber

Tolle Lage mit einer prima Zimmer Aufteilung, tollem Infinitypool und wunderschöner Aussicht in ruhiger Lage! LEIDER war die Küche vernachlässigt. Das Geschirr schmutzig mit Spülmaschinenresten, die Geräte unsauber. Ebenso war bei Anreise der Pool voller grüner Algen. Teile der Terrasseneinrichtung waren defekt und unsauber, Garage nicht für einen PKW zu benutzen! Zerbrochene Fliesen. Viele Kleinigkeiten defekt, die man so einfach beheben könnte! Leider nur 1 Schlüssel für viele Erwachsene!

Tolles Haus, mit allem, was ma...

Tolles Haus, mit allem, was man benötigt; allerdings nicht geeignet mit Baby. Ausblick von der Terrasse über den Pool ist unvergesslich. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil; man sollte diese mit einem niedergelegten Auto meiden. Reisetipps: Cannes, Port Grimaud, St. Tropez.
