Beautiful, cosy, comfortable house "Tara", 2 storeys. In the district of Adsubia, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 1.6 km from the sea, 1.6 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 400 m, restaurant, café 900 m, bus stop "Parada antiguo Mas y Mas" 1.2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 1.6 km, shingle beach "Cala Blanca" 1.9 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, tennis 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Wir verbrachten als zwei Familien mit vier Kindern einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die Raumaufteilung war für acht Personen ideal.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Garten wunderschön angelegt und die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern liefen einwandfrei. Auch Sitzgelegenheiten gab es reichlich. Die Abwicklung mit Interhome war durchweg angenehm und problemlos.Zwei Punkte sollten allerdings verbessert werden:Der Pool: Nach ein paar Tagen wurde das Wasser sehr milchig. Auf unsere Rückfrage kam zwar jemand, hat aber nur etwas Chlor reingekippt und den Pool nicht gereinigt. Die Zusage, am nächsten Tag wiederzukommen, wurde nicht eingehalten. Der Pool wurde kein einziges Mal richtig gesäubert. Im Hochsommer sollte eine gründliche Reinigung mindestens zweimal die Woche drin sein – ein sauberer Pool ist bei so einem Haus einfach Pflicht.Küchenausstattung: Die Küche ist schön groß. Wer für acht Personen kocht, stößt bei den Töpfen, Pfannen und Schüsseln aber schnell an Grenzen – das Kochgeschirr ist schlichtweg etwas zu klein bemessen.Unterm Strich hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wenn beim Pool nachgebessert wird, ist es rundum perfekt!
