Stayed at this loft for a week and overall had a good experience. The price was very reasonable for what you got, and the location worked well for getting around Berlin. The host was also great to deal with, quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.A couple of issues worth mentioning: the shower leaked quite badly and regularly flooded the bathroom floor. The apartment also got uncomfortably warm during the day, due to limited ventilation, worth keeping in mind if you’re visiting in summer months.Would still consider staying again given the value and location, but hoping these two things get addressed.

We’re sorry about the shower and the discomfort during the warmer days. The shower issue has been resolved, and while we unfortunately can’t control Berlin’s summer temperatures, we take the comfort of the apartment seriously and continue looking for practical ways to improve it during hot periods. Easy and Cute!

Me and my friends stayed here with two days. The place was right near the train station and it was quite easy to commute to and from the train station. However, I would have liked if the apartment was closer to the city center as it was described. We also had an issue with the internet which we were unable to solve. Otherwise, we had a perfectly comfortable and easy stay. Thank you Fabian and team!

Top FeWo mit guter Lage. Sehr angenehm und sehr schön.Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin kommen werden wir gerne auf diese FeWo zurück kommen.

Reinfall

Ein kreativ designtes Appartement im "industrial Style".Extrem schlecht zu belüften und horrormäßig laut (die Straßenbahn fährt durch die Bude...). Dazu ein Badezimmer, das unter Wasser stand, da der Abfluss in der Dusche nicht funktionierte und das Wasser bereits unter das Laminat im Flur geflossen war. Die Kommunikation mit FeWo in Frankfurt!! verlief dann überraschend gut und die Managerin dieses Appartements in Berlin selbst war extrem kompetent, freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ (5Sterne). Wir wurden dann nach mehreren Anläufen für die nächste Nacht in ein Appartement im Innenhof umquartiert, das im Kellerbereich (Schlafzimmer) so muffig war, dass wir kaum geschlafen haben. Wir sind dann einen Tag früher abgereist, es war nicht mehr auszuhalten.Fazit: Nicht annähernd seinen Preis wert. Mal sehen, wie wir uns jetzt mit FeWo einigen werden. Schade, denn der Eindruck im Internet war sehr positiv!Auf Fotos verzichte ich, FeWo hat die Wasseraufnahmen im Bad von mir bekommen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft!

Wir hatten so eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung. Der Stil ist fantastisch und es war alles sehr sauber! Vom Antonplatz ist man mit der Straßenbahn schnell überall - ich habe es aber auch sehr gemocht, nicht im touristischen Zentrum zu sein, sondern im echten Berlin.
