Very beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Tia 1", 2 storeys, built in 2024. In the hamlet Mihatovići 1 km from the centre of Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Poreč, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. Private: property 495 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1.5 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 70 m, café 1.5 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 9 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 46 km from the property. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist einfach absolute Spitzenklasse mit viel Komfort und Liebe zum Detail. Das Casa Tia I ist der absolute Wahnsinn und hat echt alles getoppt, was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Ab der ersten Sekunde an wurden wir mit einer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft empfangen, die ihresgleichen sucht. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen! Diese Herzlichkeit zog sich durch den ganzen Aufenthalt und hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekter Urlaub- Nur zu empfehlen

Wir waren im Mai in der Unterkunft und wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder: das Haus ist liebevoll mit hochwertiger Austattung eingerichtet, super sauber & die Eigentümer jederzeit erreichbar (sprechen deutsch). Auch wir hatten den Wasserschaden in einem Zimmer, aber Handwerkertermine wurden immer nach unserer Verfügbarkeit eingeplant. Der Kühlschrank war mit gratis Getränken für uns gefüllt und unser Baby hat ebenfalls ein Geschenk erhalten. Das Haus ist eins-zu-eins wie auf den Fotos! Perfekt!
