Spectacular views to the west across Lake Champlain. the sunsets are amazing! Two bedrooms are upstairs with a connecting full bath between. One bedroom is downstairs with a connecting bathroom. Stairway leads down to dock and boat mooring. Swimming is excellent for children. There are bicycles, canoes and kayaks that come with this property. A boat mooring is available. The property is a short ride to the bike path that leads to Burlington or the Champlain Islands.

The house was tucked away in a very quiet, peaceful location on the lake. The lake was very shallow at the dock which was perfect for children to enjoy the raft, canoe and paddleboard.

Correspondence was excellent with owners … hospitality was generous … use of garage to store handicap scooter and e-bike … property offered swimming dock and beautiful views . Close to the renowned bike trail .. mini split a/c and fans cooled the space adequately

Our family loves coming back to Mallet's Bay year after year. The house is perfect for our needs as a multigenerational group and the view can't be beat. It was so nice this year to actually get to meet our hosts! Close to everything we need, but quiet for relaxation. Can't recommend more highly.

This property was perfect for a family get together over Easter weekend. Clean, cozy and close proximity to UVM where our daughter is a student; she was so happy we could include our dog! Looking forward to spending time here again in the future - maybe checking out the fall foliage!
