This beautiful Racquet Club 3 story townhome, is a large end unit located in the heart of Park City's beautiful Park Meadows community. The downstairs has an open floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a lovely updated bathroom with a shower located on the first floor. On the main level there is new laminate wood flooring and slate, beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace and a large HD Smart TV, with surround sound.
There are 2 private bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and walk in closet. There is also a deck to sit and relax and enjoy the townhome's beautiful surroundings. This bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed.
On the second floor there is a 2nd private bedroom which sleeps 2 in a king bed and faces the large window with views of the mountains. The second floor has a 2nd full bath as well.
On the 3rd floor, the bedroom loft sleeps 4 and has a flat screen TV with cable. The property also has a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor.
The large back deck houses the property's spa and BBQ and outdoor dining table and seating area.
The property is a few bus stops away from golf, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and lots of other mountain sports and recreational activities. Come and enjoy the property in the summer, it has access to the Park City rail trail and beautiful grassy areas to enjoy the sunshine.

PARKING: Guests may park in the 1-car detached garage, which should accommodate most SUV's. There is also additional overflow parking in the complex. The garage with a combo pad garage door opener also has a roomy, lockable closet for all your equipment. No Winter Parking in front of unit to accommodate snow removal.

Stayed here with my family over the Christmas holiday and it was a perfect fit! Host was very responsive and helpful, made the whole process very enjoyable. The property was easy to get to, very comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to relax after the day skiing! One of the better experiences I've had with a VRBO and would recommend this to anyone looking for a great time in Park City.
We were pleased with our stay based on the excellent location of the property. The owner was great in her communication for any questions or issues we had while there. Hot tub was great and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property.
My family of 6, (age 17 and up) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. Great location, comfortable space and furnishings, had everything we needed and more. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. We look forward to coming back!

We booked this property with friends for spring break to ski and it was perfect for two families of four. If you’re planning to ski Park City the location is perfect! Minutes away and traffic is always going the opposite direction.
We had a great family time skiing in Park City! The condo was perfect, as advertised, very comfortable and roomy and clean! The buss stop is just minutes away and took us to the mountain and down town. Best of all, a hot tub after a day of skiing!⛷️

Condo well equipped with towels, comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen.
Took shuttle to and from park city base. Stop very convenient, I thought we were actually closer than we were to base. In condo we could have used all lights working with light bulbs and extra tissue boxes. Otherwise we were well stocked. Everyone loved the hot tub! The outside temps were extremely cold and we all felt cold in condo was cold and drafty. It was a great family trip!

We replaced all the windows and doors 2 years ago which solved the drafty feel from the large windows.

It was ok, but expected better
Dishwasher was clogged - owner did come fix it.Garage was included but filled so could not park.Outside lights did not work.Bathroom floor dirty.Stranger accessed (seen on) back porch.Musty smell upon entering.
When we arrived the house smelled like pet urine. We contacted the owner and she promptly sent over a carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately it didn't help much. The smell was overwhelming. The carpet needs replacing. We liked the location and the neighborhood. We have stayed in this community 3 years now. It will be lovely once the carpet is replaced and the house has a very good deep cleaning. The registers for the heat are caked with grime. Very reasonably priced.

I have had some potential tenants reach out concerned about this review so felt it necessary to respond. I have held off own responding until now, as I was waiting on new pictures to show the problem has since been resolved.
Unfortunately this guest did not allow us to rectify the situation after our first attempt to solve the problem.
As they said, we did open our home to a long term tenant early spring. The guests had an elderly dog who had some accidents downstairs unbeknownst to us. As a result we will no longer allow renters with pets on the property, nor will be rent for long term as a result.
We decided to replace all the carpeting downstairs this fall and have updated with new area rug and furniture, a project we have meaning to do for a while but the pandemic slowed things down.
I have been waiting to update pictures but our furniture has taken quite a while to ship. It has finally arrived and we should have new photos up by Thanksgiving! Hurray!
We are not a large management company which our competitive pricing reflects. We are extremely easy to work with and always try and rectify any situation as soon as it arises. I understood this tenant's concern quickly acted to solve it. We hired a carpet cleaner to deep clean. When they never followed up with us after the cleaning, I assumed all was well! I was surprised and a bit disappointed when this review was posted.
As for the other comments with regard to the vents and dust. We have service all vents, air filters, water softener as we do we every summer but have added additional vent cleanings mid season. We also have a new maintenance and cleaning service.
However in this case, this particular guest did not communicate their continued concerns after our first attempt to fix the problem and as is often the case, began to make a long list of other unwarranted concerns.
That said, our new floors look terrific so this issue has been completely resolved.
We take pride in our home and have put forth a lot of effort to make it cozy and welcoming! When we are not using it ourselves or sharing with friends and family we love to open it up and share with nice people who can appreciate it's beautiful surroundings.
We treat our guests with respect and kindness and only ask the same kindness in return.
We always endeavor to meet our guests expectations and only want them to enjoy their stay in our home away from home.

This townhome was perfect for our family of 5. First, there's plenty of the essentials you'll use in the kitchen to all the living spaces you'll need. Host is fantastic and on the ball with communication. Hot tub on the patio is fantastic, internet connection is a breeze and has strong signal. The location of property is a stones throw from the "MARC" and we enjoyed the pool there as we stayed during some hot summer days. All in all don't hesitate to book this location, you'll be glad you did. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
We had a great time staying at this perfect location in Park City. We are lucky enough to have great snow and commuting into the mountain with less than a 10 minute ride. Would recommend this property to anybody looking to say in or near Park City, it was perfect for us during our stay.
The property manager/owner was prompt with responses on issues we had. The house was well stocked with everything we needed but could use a deep cleaning.
Loved this cozy spot. The fire was a favorite for all. We enjoyed the hot tub. Loved all the games available to play. Living room remote was finicky. Lots of dishes and cooking items to utilize. Three full bathrooms, plenty of towels and blankets. The top room with the 4 bunks is a loft, so no door. Twin mattresses are getting a little worn. Plenty of guest parking, though would have loved to be able to utilize the garage. Great distance from main street. Saw a moose on the way to the condo, so cool! Would stay again.
We had a great stay in this condo during a holiday visit to Park City. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town and just a short drive or bus ride to the mountain. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a party of 8. The fireplace was very cozy and easy to operate and the living room was stocked with plenty of games for families to enjoy. There was also an ample supply of towels and blankets. The king beds were also super cozy with nice linens, a big plus! It was clear that the owners take pride in their property and supply everything guests need to to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you Michelle!
Sidenote: If you are looking for dine at home options for large groups, we loved the family style take out meals from Fuegos and Windy Ridge Cafe!
Location is convenient to city bus shuttles. Owner was very responsive to emails, and flexible as well. Hot tub was nice to soak in after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen was well-equipped. Great stay!
Had a great stay at this condo with friends and family. The location is wonderful and made for an easy trip to the surrounding ski resorts. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and would definitely recommend.
This condo was a perfect location and brought the ambiance of a winter cabin. We especially loved the gas fireplace in the living room and the hot tub on the deck. Perfect size for a small group. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, and a variety of cookware--things that are especially important during a pandemic (limited open restaurants). Highly recommend!
We loved our time in this cozy townhouse. It had everything we needed to have a great ski trip. It was conveniently located, had great amenities, and room for everyone to relax.
The condo was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 9. The condo was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of the shuttle.
The dishwasher was suppose to be replaced while we were there. The owner notified us that it wasn't going to happen but she would refund us some money. I'm still waiting for the refund.

This property has been owned by our family for over 10 years. We visit Park City when ever we can, it is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We have another property in Racquet Club which can be rented for larger groups and family reuinions as well.
