This was our first time in this property which is in a great position for the resort, quiet but with everything in easy walking distance. The house is right on the lagoon with great views and a very good garden for BBQ's and dining on an eveningThe house itself is very well equipped and the air-conditioning in the bedroom was especially welcome for visitors from the north of England, the nights are a little warmer than at home.Booking and communication with the owner were both very good with no issues at either the beginning or end of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in No. 31 and would not hesitate to recommend it.Dave W

Der Aufenthalt in Gruissan war sehr schön. Das Haus war sauber und es ist wirklich alles da, was benötigt wird. Die absolute Strandnähe ist super praktisch und es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und ich kann das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.
