A dream location in Piedmont between Turin and Genoa, situated at an altitude of 600 meters in a completely secluded location. This former small stud farm offers peace, nature, privacy, and, when visibility is good, a unique Alpine panorama. It is an ideal starting point from which to explore the wonderful landscape and numerous excursion destinations, or simply to have fun by the pool and in the garden.
There are 2 semi-detached houses available, which can be booked individually or together. From 2 to 15 people.

The interior:
5-room semi-detached house 170 m² on 2 floors. Renovated in 2024, beautifully and comfortably furnished:
Ground floor: Living room with TV. Exit to the garden. Large, fully equipped, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. 2 double rooms. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating. Heating only available from October 1 to April 15. Wooden floorboards, natural stone floor.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival.

Available: Washing machine, baby cot for children up to 2 years old, hair dryer. Internet (wireless LAN, free of charge)

Private entrance, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket.
