The charming rustico, built in 1900, combines historic charm with modern comfort: a spacious, open-plan living and sleeping area with a balcony, a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a cosy lounge sofa invite you to linger. The spacious garden with old trees offers plenty of space to relax or simply take a deep breath of fresh air in nature.

What to expect
The rustico is equipped with a heat pump and a pellet stove, making it ideal for stays during the cooler months. The large, airy terrace and the approximately 1,000 m² upper garden area with mature trees are at your disposal.

Access for guests
You will receive a key for the rear garden gate and a remote control key for the main gate and the entrance door of Rustico Boltini.

Access is either via a natural stone staircase or from the side via the lawn. You have unrestricted use of the upper garden.
