Terry is a great host! He answered all of our questions prior to our arrival, and checked in by phone once we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything. The condo is perfect! It basically has two spacious master suites. That is a rare find. It was exactly what we wanted! The views from the balcony and bedrooms are absolutely stunning! Sadly, our trip was cut short due to the hurricane. Terry was wonderful to work with! We couldn’t ask for a better host. We will definitely book this condo again the next time we vacation in Destin!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was beautiful, very clean, with a great layout and awesome view. The host could not have been nicer - terrific communication, great recommendations, and very thoughtful. The booking and check in/out process was also really easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Appliances could be updated, refrigerator has rust coming through on left side. If you intend to cook you only have 1 pot and a frying pan. Fan cover in guest bathroom is coming down and needs to be cleaned. Air conditioner return needs to be cleaned.

Great communication absolutely stunning views. Only bummer was the weather! Love, the fact that there were two masters that could look out to the ocean, one could wake up to the sunrise, and the other could enjoy the sunset from their room.

Great Condo on the beach with a great beach chair setup.

This was our first use of Vrbo, and what a wonderful way to start! The property is on the 14th floor and squarely faces the ocean. Both bedrooms have sliding glass door access to the large balcony plus additional floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic views. This balcony protrudes while the others to the left and right are recessed such that you see only beach and ocean but not other balconies while sitting outside. Access to the pool and then onto the beach is very close and controlled by use of fobs. The tower is located on the Destin main strip close to restaurants and attractions. The host was wonderful! He checked several times during the process to be sure everything was going smoothly and was to our liking, and he provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations. My wife, son, and I highly recommend this property.

This is where we’ll be staying from now on when we visit Destin! The property was clean and absolutely beautiful with fantastic views of the gulf. The condo not only had one sliding glass door that led out to the patio, but three! I enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio while hearing the waves crash and watching dolphins play in the water. Perfection.The front desk made check-in simple and we had a designated parking spot in the ramp. The property owner was great and answered all of our questions before arrival. It was a great stay!

Property was perfect for us with four adults. Pictures don't tell just how great the condo is. From the fresh smell upon arrival - the excellent host - the spacious living rooms and bedrooms then the awesome balcony that has access from both Bedrooms and the Living Room - everything was excellent.

A Great Get-Away

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and the beach decor was so fitting. Just steps away from the ocean, with beautiful views from both bedrooms and living area. Our host, Terry was very nice and gave several tips and information we really appreciated. We will want to come back again, for sure!

Spring break trip with family

Fantastic location, view, and condo. We have stayed in Destin more than ten times and have never stayed in a place as nice as this. Fast elevators, quick access to beach, very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

Location was perfect. Condo amazing! Beds so comfortable. Showers were perfect and big. The view is outstanding on the 14th floor. Assigned parking space was great. Plenty of utensils in condo in kitchen. A/C worked great. Can’t say enough about this fabulous condo! Would definitely rent again.
