Stunning beachfront vacation rental on the sand in Downtown Carlsbad with spectacular ocean views from your balcony. Full kitchen, dining room and living room with pullout sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village.

We are directly adjacent to the famous Grand Ave Beach entrance, walking distance to Carlsbad Village, and a short distance to both Legoland and the Coaster into downtown San Diego.

WiFi, cable and smart TV features, barbecue deck, beach towels, beach chairs, and board games.

We are available to our guests as needed 24/7

Beachin It

Very comfortable and convenient to everywhere. Plenty of great restaurants. Beautiful being right the ocean and having the sound of waves crashing to lull you to sleep. Lots of steps though if you're staying in an upper unit. Good for the booty! Michael, the manager was available, friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

Wonderful!

We stayed here with our 16 year old and 4 year old. The condo was comfortable, well apportioned, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The location is ideal and it is wonderful to have a garage spot. We also loved the community chairs, beach toys, etc. The only downside to this unit is that the bedrooms have an odd set up - you have to go through the master to get to the smaller room and that room does not have a door that shuts completely or latches. Other than that oddity that may or may not work for your group, we recommend this property highly. The office staff were also lovely and very helpful.
