Our little retreat is located on the quiet Bansiner Landweg, right next to the spa and healing forest—a lovingly designed house with three very special holiday apartments. Nestled within a park-like property featuring mature trees, blooming rhododendrons, and atmospheric evening lighting, this is a place where slowing down happens quite naturally.
All three apartments are furnished to a very high standard and with exceptional taste—with great attention to detail and a clear commitment to comfort and aesthetics.
Whether as a couple or with family: Each apartment has its own character—and, above all, space to feel at home.
On the ground floor, an exclusive 55-square-meter apartment for two people awaits you, featuring a large, secluded terrace and a private outdoor sauna with a view of the forest—it doesn’t get much more private than this. Also on the ground floor: a spacious 75-square-meter apartment for 2–4 people with a large terrace and an integrated sauna.
Upstairs, a bright, spacious 100-square-meter apartment for four people features two large balconies overlooking the greenery as well as an indoor sauna (for a fee).
The beautiful, directly adjacent forest invites you to enjoy active recreation with its fitness trail. And if the sea calls: You can reach the centre of Heringsdorf and the beach in just about 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
A private, natural-stone-paved parking space is available for each apartment in the immediate vicinity. In the garden, quiet seating areas and barbecue facilities invite you to wind down and relax at the end of the day.
