Holiday Home “La Ferme Du Bellay - Côté Cour” with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning
Located in Montreuil-Bellay (Maine-et-Loire), this 82 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, air conditioning, a TV with DVD player, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace in each bedroom. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided.
The house is on one level. A baby cot, high chair, and other baby equipment are available on request, as well as toys, board games, and children's books.
Relax on your private, uncovered terrace and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting. The private, enclosed courtyard includes a sandbox for children.
There are 2 private parking spaces on site and a shared bike storage room. Pets are not allowed and parties are not permitted.
Shared facilities include a playground, ping-pong table, swing, and billiards table.
Ideally located near many major tourist attractions, the house is perfect for exploring the region.
