About this property
Charming And Eclectic 1925 Bungalow
My house is a 1925 craftsman bungalow in an old established neighborhood in midtown Memphis. The rental price includes the entire house. We relocate when the home is rented. Please note that we have a dog and a cat. They relocate with us but if you have pet allergies you should be aware of this. The decor includes local art and international folk art that we've collected from our travels. We have a large screened in front porch. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a very comfortable, wide sofa in the TV room for a 3rd person. The living and dining area is large and open. There is a back patio and fenced in yard that is suitable for dogs (well behaved only please). I think my house is suitable for mature children. I have a queen size bed and provide sheets and linens. I am located .9 miles from the Memphis Zoo, 1.3 miles from Rhodes College and steps from the Vollintine Evergreen Walking Trail. Smoking is permitted on the porch or back patio but not in the house.

About the host
Hosted by Olivia Flasdick and Vincent Miller
Hi, I'm Olivia and I have lived in Memphis for many years. I grew up north of New Orleans and my husband and I love travelling and have seen quite a bit of the world. We both love folk art and I enjoy bluegrass and folk music. We have been thrilled by all of the recent additions to Memphis, especially the farm to table restaurants and the bike trails.
Why they chose this property
I knew I wanted to live in mid-town Memphis. When I started shopping for homes THIS was the house that was made for me. The HUGE screened in porch and the big open living/dining area sold me right away.
What makes this property unique
When I was shopping for a house my real estate agent said to relax because I would 'know' when I found the right match. When I saw the huge screened in porch I was excited but when I saw the huge open living and dining space I was sold! The back yard patio is a bonus as well.
And the huge oak trees create the shadiest therefore coolest back yard.
