Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des locataires..Elle se compose d'une maison principale et d'une chambre supplémentaire avec entrée indépendante. La plage, les commerces et restaurants se trouvent à proximité. On y accède par les jolies ruelles de La Noue. Le propriétaire est vraiment particulièrement agréable.
