Wonderful stay. Centrally located to everything. Host was ‘bend over backwards’ responsive. Beach staff/Whaler staff highly competent and friendly. Condo had everything we needed and more. Lots of nice touches, many hooks to hang things, plenty of towels, dimmers on the lights, well stocked kitchen, very comfy furniture to kick back in and relax, beach chairs and umbrellas and plenty of other beach toys. This condo had it all. Thank you again Jim for making our stay so memorable.

Jim was a great host. He was very responsive to our questions. The room itself was great. The bed was comfortable and had lots of little touches that we appreciated. The kitchen was very well appointed . There were lots of towels and pool/beach items to borrow if needed. This was our first time at the Whaler, but not our last.

We had a great stay. The unit was updated and had everything we needed, The view was amazing, especially the daily rainbows. We also enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and umbrella. The resort property is in a great location next to shops and restaurants. It’s the right size, not too big, not too small. Beach was great, lots of cool surf to play in. Pool was nice also. Would stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed unit. It accommodated our 5 guests well, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans and cooking utensils. We have stayed at the Whaler condos many times over the last 10 years. I much prefer the views from Tower 2. This unit is located in Tower 1, and in the online photo they conveniently cropped out the roofline of the neighboring hotel. In my opinion, the view was just “okay.”Otherwise, the unit was clean and they handled the pest issue quickly once I communicated with the owner.

The condo was in a perfect location, great views of the ocean, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. It’s also close to shopping and plenty of really good restaurants. It’s also very spacious. We will certainly try to book this condo again. Next time we are back in Maui.

Location has it all

This unit was perfect for us, plenty of space with great views. The location of this property is amazing, so close to the whalers village for shopping and dining, close to black rock, great beaches. Would recommend and will be back.
